Nearly every chapter of the textbook will be updated with economics-based articles from current news publications as well as web-destination exercises that will direct students to an appropriate website to gather data and analyze a specific Economic problem.The Practice Quizzes offers students another opportunity to sharpen their problem-solving skills and to assess their understanding of the text material. The site grades each question submitted by the student, provides immediate feedback for correct and incorrect answers, and allows students to e-mail results to up to four e-mail addresses.
For instructors the Companion website contains the Syllabus Manager, which allows instructors to create a syllabus that they may publish for their students to access. Instructors may add exams or assignments of their own, edit any of the student resources available on the companion website, post discussion topics, and more. Instructors may find downloadable resources from the link for the Instructor’s Resource Center as well.
